Welcome
These Terms of Service govern your use of Codex Helper ("the Bot"), a Discord bot providing guides and tools for Rise of Kingdoms. By adding or using the Bot in your Discord server, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must also comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Bot.
Subscription & Access
Access to the Bot requires an active Patreon subscription, managed through our official Patreon page. Your subscription is linked to your Discord account via Patreon and verified using the /patreon verify command. To function correctly, the Bot requires certain permissions within your Discord server. Administrative commands require you to have Administrator or Manage Server permissions. You are responsible for the Bot's configuration and use within any server you manage.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Bot in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, to spam or send unsolicited content, to scrape or extract data using automated means, to reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Bot, to interfere with or disrupt the Bot's performance, or to impersonate others or attempt unauthorized access. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access immediately for any violation of these Terms.
Intellectual Property
All content provided by the Bot (commander data, guides, pairings, etc.) is the property of Codex Helper. You may use it for personal purposes but may not redistribute or sell it.
Disclaimers
The Bot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Bot will be error-free, uninterrupted, or always accurate. Game data, guides, and calculations are provided for informational purposes and may not always reflect the latest in-game changes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Bot.

Account & Access
Some features (Dashboard, saving templates, saving scores) require authentication via Discord OAuth2. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account. The Dashboard requires an active Patreon subscription linked to the Bot. Public tools including calculators, generators, and the KvK suite are available to all users without a subscription. We reserve the right to change which features require a subscription.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Website in violation of any applicable laws, to scrape or extract data using automated tools, to reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Website, to interfere with the Website's infrastructure or performance, to upload malicious code or harmful content, or to impersonate other users. We reserve the right to terminate access for any violation.
Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you create through the Website (templates, scores, etc.). By saving content to our servers, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store and serve that content back to you. You are solely responsible for the content you create. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

All content, tools, and designs are the intellectual property of Codex Helper or its licensors. Rise of Kingdoms assets are the property of Lilith Games.
